Krama Vinyasa Yoga Workshop
ALL THE WAY FROM INDIA Vinyasa Krama is a style from Krishnamacharya, Father of Modern yoga, from the southern India. He is the teacher of Pattabhi Jois and Iyengar who are the pioneers for sharing the knowledge of yoga through across the globe. Vinyasa Krama is a sequence which focus on connecting breath with movement and exploring breath in each asana and expanding the prana inside our body. The flow of a Vinyasa Krama class is 40 minutes of dynamic practice, 20 mins of Static posture hold, 20 mins pranayama and 20 mins meditation. In this workshop, we ll explore how Vinyasa krama can be a healing and a challenging practice to each one of us and helps to understand and explore our breath and body better.
